Thought Field Therapy
Thought Field Therapy (TFT) is an integration of the fields of psychotherapy, applied kinesiology and acupressure meridians. TFT has been in development over the last 25 years and has a high rate of success for emotional problems as well as for the physical challenges which often accompany them.
With TFT, we get the brain focused on the thoughts which evoke old emotions and feelings. Then we introduce something that reduces the associated pain (emotional and/or physical). We replace hyperstress with hypostress. The treatments are painless, non-invasive and promote rapid healing. Since the treatments are simple and easily applied, clients learn to use these tools for everyday stresses as well as more deeply involved psychological issues.
